The house came down to nothing and went back up again. I built the carcass from scratch, floors, roof and studwork, then came back and did the second fix once the trades were out.

The garden office at the back of the plot is the piece I'd point at. Timber frame, insulated properly, and finished so it's usable in winter rather than a shed with a plug socket. It's the only garden building in this portfolio, which is why it's here.
Finished
The garden office sits at the end of the plot, framed and clad on site. 
Inside, insulated and lined, in use as a gym. 
Second fix in the kitchen, tall units scribed to an out of true wall. 
Opening formed for the internal steel framed screen. 
Linings, architrave and skirting, all cut on site.
